StrataOS
Multi-tenant strata management platform running East Gate Residences under NSW/ACT strata law. Covers a double-entry general ledger, levy runs and arrears, AI OCR for supplier invoices, maintenance and work orders, AGM voting, compliance registers, and a resident portal with chat and marketplace. Every building is an isolated tenant enforced by PostgreSQL row-level security. Money is stored as integer cents. Records are soft-archived for 7-year retention. The system of record is moving from MongoDB to PostgreSQL through a shadow-read cutover that reconciles both stores against live data.

Inventory and order management system for a bespoke tailoring business. Fabric is reserved automatically when an order is placed. Orders move from cutting through stitching to delivery, and invoices are GST-compliant with advance and instalment tracking. The system also covers customer measurements, role-based dashboards and WhatsApp notifications. The public site runs in four languages with no database access. Customers track orders through signed links that expire after 30 minutes, and enquiry forms are rate-limited and protected by honeypots.

Australian Retirement Calculator
Privacy-first retirement planner for the Australian system. No data leaves the device. It models superannuation with Super Guarantee caps and Division 293 warnings, plus the Age Pension, investment property and healthcare costs. Monte Carlo runs draw inflation, growth and returns independently for each year and report median, p10 and p90 outcomes. A reverse planner uses bisection solvers to find the smallest change that meets a goal. Results export to PDF and XLSX.

Home Expenses imports AMEX, CBA, ING and uBank statement PDFs through a Python parser service. SHA-256 hashing blocks duplicate uploads. The app detects transfers, refunds and subscriptions, and reports budgets and household net worth. The Mortgage Calculator estimates repayments with LVR, LMI, stamp duty for NSW, VIC and QLD, offset accounts and extra repayments. The Property Investment Calculator turns an Excel model into a Next.js and FastAPI app. It builds amortisation schedules with rate changes over time and tracks cash flow and tax deductions for investment properties.
